World Cup 2006 fever will hit Japan this weekend with applications for Japan's three games in Germany accepted from Sunday.

There will be a total of 6,399 tickets available for the three group games against Australia, Croatia and Brazil on June 12, 18 and 22, respectively, priced from 5,390 yen to 6,930 yen.

Supporters can apply either through the Japan Football Association Web site (http://ticket-jfa.com/wcd/) from 10 a.m. on Sunday until 6 p.m. on Jan. 22 or through selected travel agencies.
